NHLbite
NHLbite was the hockey branch of the 'bite' link sites, sending US and Canadian fans to NHL streams on other hosts. Its domains were cut off in 2023 and seized through 2025; the last reported fallback, nhlbite.ir, was empty in July 2026.

No. Every NHLbite domain anyone has reported is seized, held by ACE or empty. The original, nhlbite.com, was one of the NHL, NFL and NBA link domains that Indian court action pushed onto dead nameservers in September 2023. Some names on that list came back, and nhlbite.com was evidently one of them, because two years later, in September 2025, ACE and Egyptian authorities took it over along with nhlbite.net and nhlbite.live.
The spare domains went the same way. ACE grabbed nhl-bite.com in December 2024. Two months on, US agents seized nhlbite.biz in the week of the Super Bowl, then nhlbite.app, nhlbite.dev and nhlbite.info. In July 2026 TorrentFreak spotted nhlbite.ir registered on Iran's extension, but nothing was playing there. If another NHLbite domain turns up, nothing on record ties it to the old site.
Each NHLbite address gets loaded by our checker once a day; the labels above show what came back. Hockey night without the hunt: where the NHL is shown.
What Happened to NHLbite
- nhlbite.com, nflbite.com and nbabite.com were among domains pointed to suspended nameservers after a Delhi High Court order.
- nhl-bite.com was among the sports streaming domains taken over by ACE.
- nhlbite.biz was seized by US authorities during the Super Bowl crackdown.
- Further US seizures took nhlbite.app, nhlbite.dev and nhlbite.info.
- nhlbite.com, nhlbite.net and nhlbite.live were among the roughly 80 domains shut down by ACE and Egyptian authorities.
- TorrentFreak found nhlbite.ir registered on Iran's .ir extension but not serving content.
Is NHLbite Safe?
Right now there's no real NHLbite to visit, which settles most of the question. The seized domains are held by ACE or US authorities, and any other site using the name is a stranger reusing it. Even in its prime, a game link sent you to a separate host whose owners you couldn't see, with pop-ups, fake play buttons and 18+ ads crowding the player.
What a copy can cost you:
- malware hidden in a "player" or "codec" you are told to install
- notifications you allowed by mistake, now pushing scam alerts
- a sign-up form that takes your card number, or wants a picture of your passport or driver's license
- a password, if you reused the one from your email
If you typed a password into one of these sites, change it everywhere you use it, starting with your email account. For the next game: the watch row.

Frequently Asked Questions
What Is NHLbite?
NHLbite was a free NHL link directory in English, followed mostly by hockey fans in the United States and Canada. It hosted no video; each matchup page listed streams from other sites. It belonged to the 'bite' family alongside NFLBite, NBAbite, MLBbite and MMAbite. nhlbite.com was knocked offline in 2023, returned, and ended up under ACE's control in September 2025. The only fallback reported in 2026 showed no games.
What happened to nhlbite.com?
It went down twice. In September 2023 a partner of the registrar Njalla moved it, nflbite.com and nbabite.com to suspended nameservers under a Delhi High Court order, and some of those domains later returned. Then in September 2025 nhlbite.com was one of about 80 domains closed by ACE and Egypt's authorities in their case against a Streameast copycat network.
Is nhlbite.ir the new NHLbite?
Not as of the last report. TorrentFreak found it registered on Iran's .ir extension in July 2026, a common fallback for brands hit by US seizures, but it wasn't serving any content. Our daily check at the top shows whether it has started answering since.
Why were so many NHLbite domains seized?
Each spare drew the same response as the last. ACE took nhl-bite.com in December 2024; US authorities seized nhlbite.biz, nhlbite.app, nhlbite.dev and nhlbite.info in February 2025; ACE and Egypt shut three more that September. A new ending doesn't change what the site does, so it simply lands on the next list.
Is NHLbite legal?
No. NHL games are licensed to broadcasters country by country, and NHLbite linked to streams that had no such license. Those missing rights are what put its domains into court orders and seizure lists from 2023 on.
Is NHLbite the same as NHL66?
No, they are separate brands. NHL66 belongs to a '66' family with MLB66, NBA66 and NFL66, while NHLbite sat in the 'bite' family. Both lost domains in the same 2024 and 2025 actions. NHL66 has its own page and current addresses.
Where are NHL games shown legally?
Our NHL page opens on your country and lists every channel and app with games there, plus free options where they exist. For other leagues and international hockey, see ice hockey. Betting sites in the watch row also stream some games for customers who bet.
Does a VPN make NHLbite safe?
A VPN can't clean up a pirate page; the ads and downloads load just the same. It earns its keep with a legal subscription instead: your usual NHL service keeps playing from a hotel abroad, at up to 4K, and a service based in another country opens too.
What else do people call NHLbite?
Searches include nhl bite, nhlbites, nhl bites and nhl bite streams, the old address nhlbite.com, and nhlbite reddit. Whatever the spelling, they reach the same set of seized and idle domains listed above.
