Where the World Watches Football in 2026/27
This is the hub for every football competition we cover, from the Champions League and the Premier League to the Copa Libertadores, the Saudi Pro League and AFCON. Competitions are grouped the way fans tend to look for them: tournaments that cross borders come first, followed by domestic leagues grouped by region, from Europe and Africa to the Americas, Asia and the Middle East. Open any of them for a full table of channels by country, or stay here to see which services carry the most football where you are.
A short list of names does much of the work worldwide. SuperSport and DStv Stream hold a long run of European and African football south of the Sahara. beIN Sports and TOD, its streaming service, serve the Arab world and Turkey. In Brazil and Spanish-speaking South America, ESPN and Disney+ share much of the European club game. Apple TV streams MLS in most of the world, and Fanatiz brings the Brasileirão and Argentina's Liga Profesional to fans who live abroad.
YouTube appears in more of our tables than any paid service. The NPFL and the Indian Super League stream there in many countries, as do Japan's J1 League and Australia's A-League Men, which makes them some of the easiest leagues to follow from anywhere. The biggest European competitions are a different story: they almost always sit behind a subscription, and the service that shows them can change the moment you cross a border.
Frequently Asked Questions
Where can I watch football online in my country?
The top of this page lists the football streaming services for the country we detect, and you can switch to another country if that is not where you are. For one league or cup, open its own page: the table there shows every TV channel and app that carries it, including free options. In many countries a single league is split between two or three services.
Which streaming service shows the most football?
The answer changes by region. In Africa south of the Sahara, DStv Stream carries more of the competitions we track than any other service. In Latin America, Disney+ streams ESPN's football, and in the Arab world TOD has beIN's games, the Premier League included. Fans in the US usually need more than one app: Peacock has the Premier League, while Paramount+ has the Champions League and the Championship.
Is there any free football on TV or online?
Yes, more than most fans expect. Free channels such as ITV, TF1, RAI, RTVE and ARD show their national teams in the Nations League. In Nigeria, Ghana and Kenya, SportyTV shows a free Premier League game every round, CazéTV does the same in Brazil, and CBS and Univision put some Champions League games on free US television. Several leagues, the J1 League among them, also stream on YouTube.
How can I watch football without cable or a satellite dish?
Pick a streaming service instead of a TV package. Peacock and Paramount+ in the US, DAZN in Canada and Spain, DStv Stream across Africa, SonyLIV and JioHotstar in India, and Disney+ in Latin America all work over the internet on phones, laptops and smart TVs. Most of them also let you cast a match from your phone to the big screen.
Can I use my home football service while traveling abroad?
Inside the EU, many subscriptions keep working on short trips. Elsewhere, most football apps check your location and block matches outside the country that holds the rights, so a Peacock or DStv Stream account can go dark on vacation. A NordVPN connection routed through your home country gets the app running again, and a full afternoon of football in 4K stays sharp.
Do betting sites stream football?
Several do. In Africa, SportyBet, Betway and 1xBet stream football inside their apps; in Europe and Latin America, bet365 and Betano do the same, so football fans place a bet and watch on one screen. Which games each one streams depends on the bookmaker and your country, and the player at the top of this page only lists sites that stream where you are. 18+.
What time do European games start for fans in Africa, Asia and the Americas?
In winter, weekend league games in England, Spain, Italy and Germany run from about 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. in New York, roughly midday to 9 p.m. in Lagos, and from late afternoon to around 1:30 a.m. in India. Champions League nights start at 18:45 and 21:00 CET, early afternoon in Toronto and late evening in Nairobi.
Which football competitions does footybite.soccer cover?
We track the main club and national-team tournaments in Europe, Africa, South America and Asia, from the Champions League and the Nations League to the CAF Champions League, the Copa Sudamericana and the AFC Champions League Elite. Domestic leagues range from LaLiga, Serie A, the Bundesliga and Ligue 1 to the Betway Premiership, Liga MX, the Brasileirão and the J1 League.
Why does the same match show on different channels in different countries?
Leagues and UEFA sign separate TV deals for each market, and the company that wins one country rarely has the next. That is why a Premier League game can be on Peacock in Chicago, Sky Sports in Manchester, SuperSport in Lagos and JioHotstar in Mumbai at the same moment, and why our tables are organized by country.
