NBAStreams
NBAStreams was the r/nbastreams subreddit, where basketball fans posted live NBA game links in one thread per game until Reddit banned it in June 2019. Unrelated standalone sites have used the name ever since, and from 2024 on their domains were seized one batch after another.

No. The real NBAStreams was a subreddit, and Reddit removed it in June 2019 under its repeat copyright infringement policy, once the NBA's takedown notices had piled up into the thousands. Close to 400,000 people were subscribed at the end. A Discord group then became the community's new home, and the league said it was watching that as well.
Every NBAStreams website since has been a stranger's project, and they fell in waves. nbastreams.gg and nbastreamshd.com went to ACE in December 2024; US agencies seized nbastreams.blog and the nbastreams100 domains in February 2025; nbastreams.app and reddit-nba.com disappeared that September in the shutdown of some 80 Streameast copycat domains. In July 2026 nbastreams.ir was registered but showed nothing. Next to each address at the top is the result of a test we run every day.
For tonight's tip-off, these services have the NBA where you live.

Is NBAStreams Safe?
Not in the form it takes now. In 2019 the links were posted by Reddit users; today the whole page is built by anonymous owners who live on ad money, and the ads are where the danger sits.
What those pages can do, worst first:
- malware hidden behind a "player update" or a download button
- card forms that promise an HD stream, some of them asking for a passport or driver's license photo too
- notification prompts that later flood a phone with fake prize and virus alerts
- pop-ups, surprise tabs, fake play buttons and adult ads on almost every click
If you already allowed notifications, open your browser's site settings, find the domain and switch them off. If a card was involved, ask your bank to block it.
The same game, minus the risk: licensed streams and betting sites.

Frequently Asked Questions
What Is NBAStreams?
NBAStreams was the subreddit r/nbastreams, where users opened a thread for each NBA game and shared links to live streams. It grew to nearly 400,000 subscribers before Reddit banned it in June 2019, after the NBA had sent thousands of takedown requests, and its members briefly regrouped on Discord. Standalone websites such as nbastreams.gg, rnbastreams.com and nbastreams100.app have carried the name ever since, with no tie to the old community. Most were seized or taken over between 2024 and 2025.
Why did Reddit ban r/nbastreams?
Reddit applied its repeat copyright infringement policy in June 2019, after the league's takedown requests ran into the thousands. It came a month after Reddit removed r/MMAStreams. Talk of streams moved to a Discord group, which the NBA said it was monitoring.
Is there a new NBAStreams subreddit?
Not one Reddit allows. Websites named redditnbastreams or reddit-nba copy the old thread layout and use the word Reddit to look familiar, but they are separate sites, and US authorities seized several of them in February 2025.
What happened to nbastreams.gg?
ACE took it over in December 2024, along with nbastreams.org, nba-streams.app, rnbastreams.net and nbastreamshd.com. A domain under ACE control stops showing streams and usually displays the coalition's notice instead, so visitors moved on to the next copy.
What is the new NBAStreams address?
There isn't one, since no single operator ever owned the name. The newest sighting was nbastreams.ir in July 2026, registered but serving no content. The list at the top keeps every address people search for, unlinked, with the status it showed in today's check.
Is NBAStreams the same as NBAbite?
No. NBAbite was a separate NBA link directory from the 'bite' family, and both names have lost many domains to seizures. Its own story and addresses are on the NBAbite page.
Where can I watch NBA games legally?
Our NBA page picks up your country and lists who shows the games there, from TV channels to streaming apps. In many countries betting sites stream NBA games as well, once you place a bet.
Does a VPN make NBAStreams safe?
No. All a VPN does is route your traffic through another server, so pop-ups, fake downloads and card forms still arrive untouched. Its real value is with a paid service when you travel: your usual NBA app keeps running while you're out of the country, streaming up to 4K.
What else do people call NBAStreams?
The common searches are nba streams, nba stream, reddit nba streams, r/nbastreams and nbastreams reddit, along with nbastreams100 and addresses like redditnbastreams.live or nba-streams.app. Some people look for wnbastreams too, a sister name for WNBA games.
