What Happened to Multicanais
- ACE and the MPA asked a US court for a DMCA subpoena requiring Cloudflare to identify the operators of two dozen sites, including multicanais.com.
- multicanais.vc was among the domains in new ACE subpoena requests asking Cloudflare to identify site operators.
- The Premier League asked Cloudflare, via a DMCA subpoena in a US court, to identify the operators of dozens of streaming sites, including multicanais.fans.
- multicanais.cl was listed alongside the MagisTV apps in ACE subpoena requests to Cloudflare.
- Brazil's ISP blocklist, reported at the time of Operation 404.7, included dozens of multicanais domains among more than 6,700 blocked domains.
- TorrentFreak reported that Brazil's newest blocks were dominated by multicanais variants, calling it a popular live sports streaming platform that refuses to stay blocked.
- DAZN added multicanais.casa to its dynamic blocking injunction from the Delhi High Court covering the FIFA Club World Cup 2025.
- multicanaisk.com and the lookalike multticanais.com were among nearly 400 domains seized by the US Department of Justice in Operation Offsides during the FIFA World Cup.
Is Multicanais Safe?
Hardly, and never predictably. A name that hops across thirty-plus domain endings is easy to fake, and the fakes look identical to whatever came before. One seized lookalike, multticanais.com, differed from the brand's own spelling by a single extra t.
Whichever version opens, its income comes from ads nobody vets. On a phone in Brazil that usually means:
- a new tab or redirect each time you tap the player
- fake play buttons stacked on top of the real one
- requests to allow notifications, which later turn into scam alerts
- 18+ banners and "claim your prize" forms fishing for card and ID details
Malware is the worst case, usually hidden in an "update" or app the page insists you need. Typed card details into such a form? Ring your bank so it can stop that card, then clear the site's notification permission in your browser settings.

Is Multicanais legal?
No. Multicanais airs matches nobody licensed to it, whether the owner is a club, a league or a broadcaster. That explains the steady Brazilian blocks, and why ACE, the MPA and the Premier League have each asked Cloudflare, through US court subpoenas, to identify who runs it.

Yes, at least in India. In June 2025 DAZN put multicanais.casa on the list attached to the injunction it held from the Delhi High Court during the FIFA Club World Cup, a so-called dynamic order, so Indian providers had to cut access to that address while the tournament ran.
