No. Soccer Streams was a subreddit, r/soccerstreams, and its moderators halted all stream-sharing in January 2019 after Reddit warned it faced a ban for repeat copyright infringement. About 430,000 people were subscribed at that point.
Every Soccer Streams you find today is a standalone website with no tie to Reddit or the old moderators, named to catch the same searches: redditsoccerstreams.name, rsoccerstreams.net, soccerstreams.app and dozens more. They come and go fast because enforcement keeps finding them. ACE took control of soccerstreams.app, rsoccerstreams.org and redditsoccerstreams.xyz in December 2024, and the US seized redditsoccerstreams.name and redditsoccerstreams.biz in June 2026, four months after UEFA had both written into a Delhi High Court order. redditsoccerstreams.name also ranked among the closest search rivals of footybite.to. The label beside each address reflects our own test, repeated daily.

Is Soccer Streams Safe?
No. The "reddit" in these addresses is decoration: Reddit doesn't run the sites, the 2019 moderators don't either, and there's no community voting links up or down. Each one belongs to an anonymous owner who earns from the ads wrapped around the player.
What that tends to look like, from annoying to serious:
- tapping the player once spawns a new tab or an 18+ ad
- an "HD" or "Play" button that is really a download
- a request to allow notifications, followed days later by fake virus warnings
- a sign-up form that wants your card number or an ID scan
Worst of all, some of those downloads carry malware. Already clicked Allow on one of these pages? Open your browser's settings, find the list of sites allowed to send notifications and delete it.

Frequently Asked Questions
What Is Soccer Streams?
Soccer Streams, or r/soccerstreams, was the largest hub for football stream links on Reddit. Users posted links to live matches, and by early 2019 about 430,000 people subscribed. In January 2019, after Reddit warned of a ban for repeat copyright infringement, the moderators ended all stream-sharing. The name has since been taken by many unrelated websites, such as redditsoccerstreams.name and soccerstreams.app, none of them linked to the subreddit.
Why did Reddit shut down r/soccerstreams?
Reddit told the community it would be banned over repeated copyright breaches, since the streams people shared showed matches without the rights holders' permission. Rather than wait, the moderators stopped all stream-sharing in January 2019. Many users then moved to standalone sites, with Footybite among the best known.
Are redditsoccerstreams sites run by Reddit?
No. Domains such as redditsoccerstreams.name, redditsoccerstreams.biz and reddit-soccerstreams.com only borrow the name. Reddit has nothing to do with them, and nobody has linked them to the old moderators. Two of the best known, redditsoccerstreams.name and redditsoccerstreams.biz, fell to a US seizure in June 2026.
What is the new Soccer Streams address?
There isn't one, because the original was never a website. Every soccerstreams or redditsoccerstreams domain belongs to someone else, and they get knocked out regularly: soccerstreams.dev and redditsoccerstreams.dev in February 2025, soccerstreams.cc on a French blocking order that May. The names people search for are listed above without links.
Why do soccer streams sites keep getting seized?
Because the matches they show belong to broadcasters who never licensed them. The pressure comes from several directions: US World Cup seizure warrants named soccerstreams.net and soccerstreams.to in December 2022, a Paris court made Google, Cloudflare and Cisco block redditsoccerstreams.org, rsoccerstreams.net and soccerstreams.football in 2024, and ACE took over three more domains that December.
Is SoccerStreams100 the same thing?
No. SoccerStreams100, also searched as 100soccerstreams, is a separate link site that guide sites describe as somewhere people went after the subreddit's ban. It runs on its own domains, such as soccerstreams-100.tv, and has its own page: SoccerStreams100.
What is the Reddit Soccer Streams section on SportsHub?
Only a label. SportsHub, an unlicensed site that drew millions of visits in 2024, mostly from the UK, named sections of its pages Reddit Soccer Streams and Buffstreams, borrowing both brands. Neither had anything to do with Reddit. Its story is on the SportsHub page.
Does a VPN make soccer streams sites safe?
No. A VPN swaps your IP address; it does nothing about the ads, downloads or forms on the page. In France some of these domains are even blocked at the VPN level: soccerstreams.cc went on a 2025 order aimed at VPN providers. A VPN is useful for real services, for instance opening your usual football app while abroad, with streams in up to 4K.
Where can I watch football without Reddit streams?
Start from the football page: pick a competition and your country to see which channels and apps have it, plus free broadcasts where they exist. Fans of the English game can go straight to the Premier League. Betting sites in many countries also show matches live once you place a bet.
What else do people call Soccer Streams?
Searches run from r/soccerstreams and reddit soccer streams to soccerstreams, soccer stream and redditsoccerstreams written as one word. Domains built on the name include rsoccerstreams.net, soccerstreamshd.com and soccerstreamlinks.com.
